Gods Plan Is Much Greater Than Our Plans
Gods Plan Is Much Greater
Than Our Plans
Read: Isaiah 55:3
God
has greater plans for us which are beyond our imagination. Isaiah 55:3 “For my
thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the
Lord.", says that God's thoughts and ways are not the same as our thoughts and
ways but His thoughts are much bigger than ours as He knows and holds our future in His hands. If we allow God's will to be
done in our life we will prosper. But if we deny it and go with our plans some
or the other way God will bring us back to His plan again and from that moment, there is no turning back.
In 2 Samuel 7, God made a covenant with David. But, David was
feeling bad because the Ark Of The Covenant was in a tent and he was in a
palace. So he had decided to build a temple of God to keep Ark in it. But God
wanted David's son Solomon to build the temple. Do you know why God had
rejected David to build the temple?
God had rejected David as he used to fight the wars in favour of
King Saul. David was having innocent blood in his hand. "One should not
kill a person if he does not know the Christ", this was said by a
missionary who had sacrificed his life even though he had a choice to kill the other person.
It does not mean that if somebody has innocent blood in his hand
it cannot be cleaned. It can be cleaned through confession of sins and
accepting Jesus Christ as your personal saviour. These two things can be done
by taking baptism.
We say in the Lord's Prayer "Your Kingdom Come. Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven", which means that there is no power in the heavens above nor on the earth that can stop God's plan from being fulfilled in his children's life. God is faithful and just and we must go according to his mighty plan of revival so that we could be in His presence for eternity. Amen & God Bless You.
Amazing God bless you Vivain.
